Terms of Service
Appointment Request
- Clients can request an appointment between 2 hours and 120 days ahead of time. Time Zone : Melbourne (AEDT).
- Appointments are subject to availability.
- A confirmation message will be sent via text message or email as soon as your requested appointment is confirmed.
- A text message or email reminder will be sent approximately 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- All clients must give at least 12 hours notification of any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This is a courtesy to allow other potential clients opportunity to take their spot.
- Clients will incur a 20% charge of the total services booked for any no show on their next appointment.
- Gift vouchers from Nailed It Salon can be purchased in store.
- Gift vouchers must be presented at Nailed It Salon shop only. It can be used on treatment specified or the dollar amount specified on the gift voucher.
- All gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
